I know who did the banning but the whole organization seems to infested with a certain flavor of PC random thoughts Send a noteboard - 30/07/2012 10:11:26 PM
They didn't want to give a moment of silence to recognize the Munich massacre because it would be political? The problem isn't that they don't want to offend people it is that they don't want offend some people but are fine offending others.

If Greek athlete had tweeted a joke that exact same joke but it was about a group that it was OK to not like, say Israel, then she would have been chastised at worst. The fact that she was punished so harshly for a joke that she immediately apologized is trouble some. They had other actions they could have taken but chose the harshest option available to them. Why? The fact that her political affiliation seems to be a factor in that decision is down right disturbing and smacks of political motivation behind their actions. Yes some might cheer their actions but that doesn't justify them and if anything makes it worse. When w we start cheering the political persecution of people we disagree with we are a very big step closer to Brown Shirts. Lots of people cheered Hitler Stalin and Mao.
