I highly doubt it. I've had several people discuss the GOT-itization of it. If that is the showrunners' mindset, it will never be fixed.

Also, I hope you're building up some good karma for having to watch that twice. Oy.


Maybe my issue is that, since I didn't watch (or read the books of) ASoIaF, (is that righht?) I am naïve to what's coming, while others are not.

But I did try to watch the Shannarah and another, even less memorable TV adaptation of fantasy I've never read, (I don't remember the title) and quit watching them both in the first season, I guess I'll abandon WoT eventually.

Bad writing even got me turning away from really great stuff on screen that I used to like. Star Wars, Marvel... Mighty Ducks.

Hollywood has the best moral compass, because it has compassion.
