As for your own formulation here... Yes, there's a divide on whether people believe the fetus is alive or not. But that line completely ignores that the presence of a fetus in a person's womb doesn't mean they consented to it. Rape sperm, statements to the contrary aside, is not rejected by the vagina

Human, dumbass. That's why consent doesn't matter. Abortion is not a question of responsibility or whether or not you deserve the pregnancy, it is about a living human being.
How does it play out where the life of a woman is threatened by continuing the pregnancy?
Again, this has been firmly established. If an necessary life-saving medical treatment might or even certainly will result the death of the fetus, that fetus has as much right to life as a trespasser on your property does in civilized states with castle laws. If an abortion is deemed necessary for her mental health, by a psychiatrist who double-majored in women's studies, then she goes into restraints until the baby is born and then the issue of self-harm can be revisited.
If you believe a fetus is a human being, neither of these should matter. However, it then requires you to see the woman as less than human.

A pregnancy is a temporary condition, in the case of rape, no different from an injury from an assault that takes 9 months to heal. And abortion in defense of your bodily autonomy is no different from murdering an infant in order to speed up that recovery time.
So you give me a morally consistent way to behave if you believe the fetus is a live human, and then we'll talk.

We've only been saying this stuff for decades, but per my opening point in my first response, you keep pretending you didn't hear or don't understand it.
