As for your own formulation here... Yes, there's a divide on whether people believe the fetus is alive or not. But that line completely ignores that the presence of a fetus in a person's womb doesn't mean they consented to it. Rape sperm, statements to the contrary aside, is not rejected by the vagina

Human, dumbass. That's why consent doesn't matter. Abortion is not a question of responsibility or whether or not you deserve the pregnancy, it is about a living human being.

Again, this has been firmly established.
