The Constitution is not gospel. What it says is neither de facto moral, not necessarily even legally sound.
If the state chooses to regulate those rights, the states can regulate as they see fit, since it is the people that elect the legislature which regulates those rights, it is in fact the people deciding which rights, if any require regulation, and which regulations, if any, are suitable.
And this stops at the state level? Why can't a city government do so as well? Before you say anything about the Constitution, I don't give a damn. I'm asking you what fundamental moral or legal reason exists to have the States be the ultimate arbiters of this issue.
That also wasn't the point - the point was that Roe imposed the standard of when life begins on the country - which you previously said no one had a right to do.
It did not. The decision in no way says every individual needs to believe this. If you believe life begins at conception, you can act on that belief and not have an abortion. Roe doesn't mandate that you do.
Changing the subject or shifting the goalposts won't stop everyone from seeing you're a hypocrite who doesn't know what he's talking about.

There's simply no goalpost shifting. Roe did not impose a standard every woman had to follow. It only allowed women to follow their beliefs. Striking down Roe does the opposite to millions of women.
