Except statistics don't back up that claim. In fact, as I pointed out in my above post (if you actually took the time to read it, which doesn't seem likely because I don't mention gun sales at all) the rate of gun deaths in the US has actually declined from prior years, adjusting for changes in population: "Despite the increase in such fatalities, the rate of gun deaths – a statistic that accounts for the nation’s growing population – remains below the levels of earlier years" (https://www.pewresearch.org/fact-tank/2022/02/03/what-the-data-says-about-gun-deaths-in-the-u-s/).

So even though things to you may "seem" worse, the actual amount of people dying from guns in America, adjusted for changes in population, is actually fewer than in years past.
