who knows if it will happen, but IMO it would make the story arc complete, fall from power with an eventual return to grace so to speak. Especially since Siuan lost Egwene's trust in TGS.

Before you say it I don't think it's necessary for them to get their full strength back to make this possible, it would be just as possible if they ever actually came to accept the loss as something other than a loss ... which even in TGS Siuan has not achieved.


I would love them to get their full power back. Of course, if one thinks about it Nynaeve and Flinn should have traded this information and worked out the pitfalls several books ago. They've been around one another for a while.

I think sometimes it's important to realize that not all things can be mended once they've been broken. One of my major problems with the series is its saccharin resolution of plots i.e. everyone lives happily ever after. I think it was a mistake to revive Mat, Aviendha and Asmodean after Rahvin killed them, but that's me. Things that are broken forever leave a lasting impression. For instance, the taint can never be reversed in tainted men even though saidin is clean. It's a nice touch, and a constant reminder of the strike at Shayol Ghul. The same should be with Siuan ... to remind everyone about the BA and Elaida.


And I totally agree about Nyn and Flinn ... odds are they don't speak because he's "belongs" to Corele and in yet another stupid AS custom other Sisters aren't supposed to involve themselves with Warders not their own.
