So you read a post, reply to it seventeen hours later without rereading it, based wholly on memory. That would actually explain a lot of the incoherence in your posts, actually. You're right that I never considered that possibility, but then again, you really should reread a post before replying to it. It would keep you from saying a lot of things that are outright wrong. Either way, it is irrelevant because I replied to you after your addendum, which you yourself admit "addressed my edit", therefore you admit that you perpetuated the thread with knowledge of what I had posted in that edit.

Oh, and you accused me of editing my post after you replied, not after you read it.

Your behaviour has been extremely childish throughout. I may have been in a bad mood, but my mood does not explain the decisions you've made.

You claim to not understand my point. That's certainly fair enough. It seems clear to me, but that does not mean that it would be clear to everyone or anyone else. If you had told me that you didn't understand, I could easily have explained it to you further, but instead you continued to rant on an erroneous assumption which made you look like you were ignorant of one of the core storylines in the series.

After I realised the source of the misunderstanding, I brought it up and tried to resolve it, but you shut me down and perpetuated the error. Upon realising this, you could have apologised, as I did to darius_sedai when I realised I was projecting my frustrations with you on someone who didn't deserve it, but instead you tried to shift the blame on me. It might hurt your ego a bit, but in the long run you'd look far better for resolving the situation than trying to dodge responsibility.

My question was an honest one. Why are you doing this, Sidious? I've had enough discussion with you over the years that I expect better from you.
