Here is the exact quote from Lord of Chaos, The Taking:

I added the bold part to emphasize RJ's use of the word "they." I have seen some people mistakenly post that it takes just 2 regular Aes Sedai + either Mesaana or Semirhage to shield Rand once he has taken ahold of Saidin. However, that is not what RJ wrote. RJ used the word "they" which means all three women in a circle would have to be as strong as Semirhage or Mesaana to cut Rand from the source once he has taken ahold of Saidin.

Conclusion: 2 Semirhage + 1 regular AS is not strong enough to cut Rand from the source once he has taken ahold of Saidin.
