Why wasn't Liandrin able to use Compulsion then, even after she'd seen Moghedien's? She specifically says all that she'd been able to figure out (TFoH 34), quite clearly your idea that people can learn weaves just by seeing them is ridiculous. And Liandrin is much stronger than Delana, and Moghedien's Compulsion is far less intricate than Graendal's!

As for whe she would flee after Ramshalan's visit, I can't accept "but Graendal is smart!" as a valid reason. Intelligence does not grant omniscience.
