With Aran'gar or Moridin's pets, besides being informed about what they are doing at the moment (Graendal doesn't even know in TGS that Aran'gar already left the Rebels for several days; it's possible that Aran'gar got another secret task by SH).
And as said, even if Graendal were, that doesn't mean that she would likely appear again in ToM. It was often the case in the books that a Forsaken had several potential plots or confrontations in the future, but due to the sudden death of this Forsaken those things became void.
