Here are the different POVs and a quick synopsis of what happens in each one.
Loial - It is obvious that the LB is about to begin. Dead Ogier ring the stedding looking in. All the trees seem ill and don't respond to singing. He steps up to the Great Stump. He is the last speaker. His Mother had spoken in opposition to his position. He wants the Ogier to fight the shadow with humanity.
Lan - Riding through the blight, still in Saldaea. He grumbles about Nynaeve. He hears gravel crunch and gets ready to fight but it is Bulen with a packhorse. He heard that Lan is raising the Golden Crane. Lan grumbles about Nynaeve a little more. He starts to send Bulen away but decides he will keep his oaths and lets Bulen stay.
Perrin - Hammering in a forge. He knows it is a dream, but it isn't quite the Wolf Dream. Hopper is there. He keeps trying to make something but isn't sure what. He worries about giving in to the wolf and Hopper laughs, telling him that Perrin is "climbing back and forth over the same wall." He notices that his lump of iron looks like Aram. The statue starts to scream and Perrin breaks it. He makes more statutes of his Two Rivers men.
Graendal - Listening to Aran'gar complain. She embraces a trickle of the True Power (all that she is allowed) and uses it to get Aran'gar "excited". Aran'gar send for Delana. An alarm goes off. She goes and meets the captain of her palace guard who takes her to Ramshalan. She begins to compulse him but realizes that Rand knows where she is. She uses the True Power to take over a dove so that she can use its eyes. She removes her compulsion (leaving him dazed) and orders Delana then Aran'gar to compulse him. They let him go and Graendal follows him (via the Dove). She sees Rand with the access key and understands what he is going to do. She shields Delana and Aran'gar, binds them with air and jumps through a gateway just ahead of the balefire. She feels the "balescream" and begins to plan, realizing that she has the advantage because Rand will think she is dead.
Galad - Treks through a swamp. At the end, realizes he has been betrayed because Asunawa is there. Gives himself for Questioning on the condition that his men are left alone.
Fain - Quite crazy walking through the Blight. Plans to kill Rand then the Dark One. Carries the dagger between his first two fingers, cutting them over and over. Climbs down a hill, leaving a Worm dead at the top. Mist is following him. Comes upon a group of Trollocs and a Myrddraal. The Myrddraal is smart enough to run away, but Fain sends the mist. It kills the Myrddrall and leaves the Trollocs corrupted. He controls them now. He isn't even hunting Rand anymore since he knows where Rand will be and is just showing up to meet him.
Malenarin Rai - Commander of Heeth tower (in Kandor). The tower gets a flash from the nearby tower, but won't respond now. Malenarin sends message, both by mirror and by messenger. His son is on messenger duty and he is glad that his son will be sent away so he will survive if there is trouble. His son (Keemlin) sent a boy (Tian) in his place because Tian is the only surviving son out of five boys and Keemlin wanted to spare Tian's mother. Malenarin names his son a man. Draghkar attack from the sky and Trollocs attack on the ground. So many, that they cover everything. The soldiers just hope to buy time for others to prepare their defenses.
