Can you elaborate a bit further on Moghedien's comments on Hesalem's strength in the Power. I read somewhere else that she compared it to Nynaeve's, giving rise to comments that Nynaeve and Graendal might be on the same strength level.

Is there any reason to make such conclusions from the information provided in this scene, or any other strength conclusions for that matter?

When she feels Hessalam's strength, she is surprised that her agents didn't pick her out among the AS. She says they picked out Nynaeve right away, so why not her? The impression I got was that Moghedien thinks of Nynaeve and Hessalam were of the same strength.

Which, frankly, supports Brandon's previous statements about Nynaeve's strength. Likely, Graendal, Semirhage and Nynaeve are all at the same level.
