Dead. Great Lord of Chaos Send a noteboard - 02/11/2009 04:22:48 AM
The last thing we need is another Forsaken popping up to screw with us for the last two books. The situation is already complex, we don't need it impossible to follow. We bring her back, she establishes another station of power, and we'd have to go through the entire routine again. A waste of chapters, if I may say so myself.

Maybe... - 02/11/2009 04:28:16 AM 1018 Views
I think it's fair to say at this point that Graendal did not kill Asmodean. - 02/11/2009 04:36:37 AM 1049 Views

Why has she been removed from the list of suspects? - 02/11/2009 02:29:41 PM 939 Views
She is dead - 09/11/2009 01:37:03 AM 886 Views
That's pretty terrible logic - 19/11/2009 05:58:57 AM 1061 Views
I disagree. - 02/11/2009 10:29:21 PM 897 Views

Dead. - 02/11/2009 06:46:10 AM 910 Views
Dead as Dumbledore. But why does it preclude her from being Asmo's killer? - 02/11/2009 07:04:08 AM 974 Views
Right. That info could easily be revealed through the POV of another. *NM* - 02/11/2009 02:15:31 PM 438 Views
It could but... - 02/11/2009 03:14:23 PM 978 Views
Moridin would most likely know. - 02/11/2009 04:06:04 PM 890 Views
Well.... - 02/11/2009 08:52:52 AM 950 Views
*NM* - 18/11/2009 10:45:52 PM 411 Views
Alive until proven otherwise IMO *spoilers* - 02/11/2009 03:47:51 PM 947 Views
That weave was very complex. - 02/11/2009 10:34:36 PM 873 Views
Actually, the one that Rand had Nynaeve study earlier was more complex. - 04/11/2009 05:11:07 PM 944 Views
But you can't reverse Compulsion by unraveling it, right? - 18/11/2009 10:48:08 PM 902 Views
Almost certainly dead - 02/11/2009 04:48:18 PM 1058 Views
Yeah. Compared to, say, Sammael's "death" - 02/11/2009 10:40:01 PM 959 Views
Not even almost. Graendal and Sammael now both go well with eggs. *NM* - 03/11/2009 01:51:15 AM 458 Views
Oh, I agree, but fiction, deus ex machina, etc - 04/11/2009 09:58:42 PM 884 Views
Graendal is dead. the evidence is pretty hard - 03/11/2009 08:00:27 PM 3219 Views
Well, unlike everyone else, - 04/11/2009 01:34:57 AM 877 Views
Alive. It's the simplest answer for me, especially considering that Rand knew she was more cunning - 04/11/2009 05:03:38 PM 1077 Views
Re: Balefire. - 04/11/2009 05:30:12 PM 905 Views
Not necessarily. - 04/11/2009 06:08:34 PM 863 Views
The thing is... - 04/11/2009 06:25:43 PM 942 Views
Here's the rub - she had no desire to come into contact with Rand. - 04/11/2009 10:30:05 PM 1129 Views
Hm. Possible. - 04/11/2009 06:42:12 PM 1174 Views
I think it's the most simple possibility. - 04/11/2009 10:39:02 PM 892 Views
Re: I think it's the most simple possibility. - 09/11/2009 01:51:52 AM 843 Views
That's just absurd - 04/11/2009 10:48:30 PM 971 Views
No, I'm making it more simple. - 04/11/2009 11:11:36 PM 916 Views
That thoery doesn't account for the undoing of the Compulsion - 04/11/2009 11:50:06 PM 924 Views
Yes, it does. Distance causes maintained weaves and Links to attenuate. - 05/11/2009 04:22:37 PM 981 Views
Yes, but Compulsion is almost never a maintained weave *NM* - 06/11/2009 07:19:24 PM 479 Views
But the real question in my mind... - 02/12/2009 08:28:31 PM 890 Views
Well - 06/12/2009 08:45:12 PM 1331 Views
Odds are she's dead - 06/12/2009 08:48:19 PM 781 Views

Yes... - 17/11/2009 12:12:04 PM 870 Views
Yeah, I was shocked initially. - 18/11/2009 10:58:15 PM 913 Views
