The whole point of the Domani Lord becoming Compulsed by Graendal was to determine if Graendal was balefired, which she obviously was. That speaks indeed against her being Asmo's killer, but that theory was anyway quite unlikely (although many people convinced themselves that the killer must have been Graendal..).

I think it's fair to say at this point that Graendal did not kill Asmodean. - 02/11/2009 04:36:37 AM 1050 Views

Dead as Dumbledore. But why does it preclude her from being Asmo's killer? - 02/11/2009 07:04:08 AM 974 Views
Right. That info could easily be revealed through the POV of another. *NM* - 02/11/2009 02:15:31 PM 438 Views

Actually, the one that Rand had Nynaeve study earlier was more complex. - 04/11/2009 05:11:07 PM 945 Views

Almost certainly dead - 02/11/2009 04:48:18 PM 1059 Views
Yeah. Compared to, say, Sammael's "death" - 02/11/2009 10:40:01 PM 960 Views
Not even almost. Graendal and Sammael now both go well with eggs. *NM* - 03/11/2009 01:51:15 AM 459 Views

That thoery doesn't account for the undoing of the Compulsion - 04/11/2009 11:50:06 PM 925 Views
Yes, it does. Distance causes maintained weaves and Links to attenuate. - 05/11/2009 04:22:37 PM 982 Views
