Students are offered scholarships for all sorts of reasons like being tall but typically schools use them to attract certain types of students or for social reasons. From what I am getting from your reply you think they are doing it finical reasons so in affect you believe they are practicing false diversity to increase profit? Now that sounds more like something a conservative would do I personally doubt it will increase their profits but hey I am getting old an really don't understand what motivates the average 20 year old anymore. When I was twenty easy coeds was a bigger draw but today if you can be known as a gay friendly college I doubt it would hurt you so you may be right.
