If the state chooses to regulate those rights, the states can regulate as they see fit, since it is the people that elect the legislature which regulates those rights, it is in fact the people deciding which rights, if any require regulation, and which regulations, if any, are suitable.

If your state is fucked, that’s exactly what you do - go and fix it via the legislature. Organize, protest, and get the people of your state on your side. If you’re able to convince enough of them that it’s a problem, then guess what? It’ll get fixed. That’s really the only thing that you can actually do.
But again, because you can’t speak to the actual issue (and here’s a hint, it’s not power grids) you go on insane tangents.
