And they're riding high on the hog with the division they're pushing now. If there were any political leaders that actually showed some intent to moderate, perhaps I'd have a different view. But until our leaders stop fanning the flames of division, I just cannot see how the animosity will lessen.

And our two main "leaders" right now are neck-deep in divisiveness.

I hope you're right, truly, because I do love this nation's ideals. But it looks to me like we've lost everything that made this country worthwhile. But when everything that makes it good is gone, and when our leaders are actively making things worse every single day, I just cannot buy it.

I hope I'm wrong.
