By the fact that you used this instead of 'captured enemy Amyrlin impersonator' or 'drugged Novice', I assume that you have failed to read by now three of my previous posts in this subthread. Including the one you are replying to where I ranted against Sidious for not reading the previous posts on the subject­.

If by the above statement, you mean why no one brought this issue up to Egwene when she was a captive, then you're the worst fool in the world, since the answer to that was given books ago... you know, "No Red would stoop to address these accusations" and all that.
