That is what Graendal has said she'd do in two different instances, and quite frankly, this is what I would have done. The best thing about Linking with a woman and being in control is that you can weave something (such as Compulsion) using the Link, escape, and you would have a good indication as to the ultimate fate of your Circle when that part of the Link suddenly vanishes or continues to function. Any wilder would do, you don't even need Delana, and there are most likely a couple of wilders among Graendals' trophies that can be used for this purpose.

She doesn't even need Aran'gar to sense saidin - all she needs is a ward or two around her palace to detect saidin, and that seems like the most realistic precaution to take when your prey enters your country with his retinue of Aes Sedai and Ashaman.
