I argue that this Graendal flashback theory is ridiculous if she died in TGS, because something like this never happened in the series (namely that a dead character got a flashback in the next book; other characters just think about the dead character). No one argued this after Sammael's or Osan'gar's death, because it's obviously absurd. Graendal would have gotten another PoV in TGS if it were needed. Apparently a few people just think it will be differently in Graendal's case, because RJ said that Asmo's killer will most likely reveal it in his or her PoV.
