Short of the Dragon Reborn, it is the most powerful position in the world, and that still holds true.

Everything else I pretty much agree with. But the list of top 3 powerful people are:
1. Rand
2. Tuon
3. Egwene


Nup. Rand, Tuon and Moridin, or possibly Rand, Moridin and Demandred. Followed by Taim or Logain, since Asha'man aren't bound by Oaths.

Furthermore, the White Tower is about to be hit with a full force attack. IMO, Egwene will actually be kidnapped by Tuon, and that will force Rand to bargain for her release. Could play out quite interestingly.
