The Dreamer had no interpretation. She simply remembered it during their meeting; maybe that was the correct allusion; maybe it's not. What matters is whether Egwene's Oath will let her say that with surety.
What are you talking about here? Egwene got the meaning her Dream when she met Rand. She has done that before, getting the meaning of a Dream well after having seen it.
Why? They owe fealty to Rand.
But they all think his plan is crazy. Opposing his plan doesn't mean betraying him.
Now, I suspect you're right in part; Egwene and Tuon will confront Rand directly, and Rand is certainly wrong. But Egwene, of course, is wrong as well, and I don't really see why you deny that. I find it improbable that Jordan would have constructed her as a complete Mary Sue.
What's Mary sue about it? She has a Dream, she acts on it.
