It will continue to go in circles ... believe as you will on this, but just because you want to ignore quotes and facts in the books to fit your theories doesn't make them true.

Amy's herself tells us Egwene was going to break through the shield held on her. Amys is at least as strong as Katerine which makes her stronger than Barasine and probably at least equal to Silviana. And Egwene is most likely considerably stronger in KoD than she was in TFoH and LoC. The obvious answer is forkroot.
