We will just have to disagree on the scale ... there is more than ample evidence IMO that Moiraine is significantly stronger than you give her credit for.

I think you often take Egwene's current strength and apply it to her maximum when there is plenty of evidence showing otherwise. Elayne's is significantly weaker than Egwene throughout the series and that also makes for issues, in fact Elayne is no stronger than Moiraine for much of the series.
