That's simply not a possibility. That Kerb was capable of releasing that information after having his Compulsion removed is simply not something that could or would be anticipated, and is probably partly due to Rand's ta'veren twisting of chance.
The first rule of being a ninja is "do no harm". Unless you intend to do harm, then do lots of harm.
