Just that those 20% out in the field are massively, massively more helpful to the cause of Light than any resolution the Sitters have made throughout the series.

Verin's the one I'm most impressed with, actually. Barring some major revelation, like Gitara told her what to do decades ago, it seems like she was just an ordinary Brown AS who found some information, made a decision, and has just kept working and working.
