We all know better, hence my citation of not one but two revolutions (and one regicide) in the history of snoops country, before any of the Founding Fathers were born. We may have disagreed with George III and North on policy, but we never tried to execute either, and certainly don't call doing so legitimate to this day. The time to debate the relevancy of social contracts in Anglo law was before the Magna Carta; for a Brit to criticize the American Revolution on that basis is a BIT disingenuous. Hence I've spent all the time I'm willing to spend debating a position that few if any people in this thread actually HOLD, but nontheless assert for the sake of being contrary.
