Nope, I JUST started on Saturday
I just started Monday, so we're in this together! It's tough when you live with other people, so carve yourself a little space - focus on your own shelf in the fridge. And your own shelf in the pantry. That's how I have to do it.
Hmm.. not sure. Probably. I'm very self conscience about all this at this point and time, and fear that I'll "fail" once again. But I'm looking at it as a "one day, one meal, one bite at a time" instead of "will I be at my goal in 6 months???"
People talking about the "life change" are completely right, even though it sounds silly. I think your way is best - baby steps. And you will screw up, so make sure it only lasts a couple days at most.
