So we've got two possibilities: either the Obama Administration realized this would happen and decided to press ahead in order to indirectly put the Bush administration on trial (as well as the CIA, FBI, and the military) while still at war, or they legitimately didn't see it coming, thought everything would be sunshine and rainbows, and thus proving themselves only slightly less competent than a gang of brain damaged toddlers. Either way, I'm not too impressed, and I doubt the radical Islamists will be either.
