Brandon directly told us that Mesaana is not a strong Forsaken. It would be interesting to she how HE interpreted it when writing in Mesaana's interaction with women like Egwene/Elayne.


But in the text they also note that she not a "warrior" yet there she was leading the fighters in TAR!



But that was also Saerin's opinion. The BWB says that she was a general of average abilities. Seems like a fuzzy area.


to Channel at all... why not overwhelm Egwene if she could?


I'm pretty sure that channeling in TAR is close to useless. Perrin can directly stop the single most powerful weave created with the One Power, and even Egwene can totally negate the OP with strong thoughts. Mesaana would have known this.
