Assuming that's about 50% of her potential, that means she gained enough more of her strength between EoTW and TSR (about 18 months in the timeline) to match Moghedien. And the last part of it over the next 9 months, which is the approximate timeline between TFoH and WH


I just remembered that Siuan actually shielded Nynaeve on the boat to Tar Valon in TGH. Nynaeve was holding the Power at the time, so she was probably a bit weaker than Siuan/Moiraine at that point if Siuan was able to shield her. Then Siuan says, "When you learn enough to be raised to full sisterhood, no one woman will be able to do that to you. The stronger you become, the more Aes Sedai it will take to shield you against your will."
