Ramshalan showing up at her place at all would have made her weary. He had JUST seen Rand. The questioning from Compulsion would have told her that Rand was with her and had opened a hole in the air to her palace.
He even questions Ramshalan with a riddle that also would have stayed in his mind. We've seen the forsaken interrogate; they can be thorough. I find it unlikely that she did not learn Rand knew where she was. She would be suspicious: a messenger just showed up at her door from out of nowhere with the riddle: how do I outsmart an opponent who is smarter than me....?
The prologue, the uninverted weaves of Compulsion, the Kreb's fiasco....all of it plotwise either are misleading or the theme of Rand in Arad Doman as asylum was poorly, poorly executed by Sanderson. Kind of like Elza's compulsion....
