Graendal says Cyndane is more powerful than her, so Alivia can't be much above Cyndane.
Yet she had an angreal and all those ter'angreal ... again RJ stated that Alivia was MUCH more powerful, but her skill was so poor in comparison to Cyndane that it made it a more even match.
