Things I caught that some other people seemed to miss:

Blackwood's son indicating that something is really, really wrong with Westeros' history and dates (reinforcing Samwell's earlier comments in ASoS-AFFC).
Elia being unable to bear a third child, making R+L=J almost certain.
Melisandre seeing Brynden's face in her vision.
Rickon and Osha being on Skagos (not sure why a lot of people think they're on the Neck; Skagos is the only place where we know cannibals live).
The connections between Bran's weirwood visions, the new info we have on Elia and Lyanna and how they tie into the Reeds' story about the Harrenhal tourney.
