I'm absolutely sure that many have noted this, and I haven't read the entire thread here, but here's the prophecy:
"When the red star bleeds and the darkness gathers, Azor Ahai shall be born again amidst smoke and salt to wake dragons out of stone."
- The knight being pulped by Wun Wun has a star, and he's bleeding.
- Jon's wounds smoked, and there was consistent smoke in the area due to Melisandre's fires (this one is a little weak)
- Jon mentions in his internal monologue that while the Wall is lacking in butter, they have much more salt than they need.
The question remains, however, as to what it means by dragons out of stone? Does it refer to Jon going all the way to Mereen and causing the dragons to come out of their (stone) hiding places?
