Please don't say to justify the war in Iraq if you cannot explain why they wouldn't have made some effort to link Iraq to the attack. I mean if they are going to be evil enough to have Americans killed to start a war you would think they would want a little better link to guy they want to go war with. Sorry but the nicest thing you can say about the idea the US was involved is that it is stupid.


I don't believe the US was directly involved in any way, shape, or form. I was just saying that the idea that they worked with bin Laden is more credible than the idea that government workers did all the dirty work themselves. I think they're both ridiculous ideas, but I was saying that I think one is more ridiculous than the other.

I think the administration at the time capitalized on it in order to achieve their goal of attacking Iraq, but there's no way they actually caused 9/11 themselves.
