I stopped responfding when suddenly realized I didn't want to be in a Bush Iraq war debate random thoughts Send a noteboard - 21/09/2011 02:53:29 PM
It is old territory and no one wins. Bush had a lot of neocons on his staff that is true. Those neocons supported Clinton's regiume change policy and pushed for him to be more aggressive that is also true. They trended to be supporters of Israel and Hussein was paying rewards to the families of suicide bombers in Palestine so they didn't really like him. There were some who wanted to attack Iraq for the gross violations of the armistice agreement and for kicking out inspectors. That is also true. That there was a burning desire in the Bush administration to attack Iraq is a conspiracy theory BS backed more by emotion that facts.

Lets be honest there is very little chance of me convincing you there was not some plot to attack Iraq.
