What are you talking about here? Egwene got the meaning her Dream when she met Rand. She has done that before, getting the meaning of a Dream well after having seen it.
But every time she's figured out the meaning of a dream after the fact it has been quite clearly stated that it was true. For instance the Gawyn example. In this case she doesn't think she knows the meaning of the Dream, she just has a feeling and then nothing afterward. So, unless Sanderson made a mistake and forgot to add the traditional post-realization assertion of it being true- the actual meaning of the 23 sphere dream is still open to interpretation.
