We were exposed to many extremely powerful channelers. It's easy to forget that the vast majority of them won't even come close to people like Egwene, Cadsuane and Moiraine. Out of 1000 Aes Sedai only a handful were as strong as Moiraine, even though it's a skewed sample, though the Aiel also commented on her strength and asked whether it was the norm. My guess is that more than 90% of males lie at or below level 13.

RJ said the bottom 27 levels (from 46-72), which are too weak to be AS represent 37.5% of the population. That means, given the bell curve, you'd have a similar proportion of the population in the top 27 levels. 13 levels is just about half that, so a little more than 10% would be that level or stronger, but not that much.
The False Dragons were probably all at levels ++1 or ++2... they couldn't be held by six women, much like Logain.

The strongest, probably, but I doubt we saw too many ++1s. That kind of strength would be incredibly rare.
Androl is probably around level 45.

He's way less effective than Daigian. I'd put him a little lower, frankly, even considering the dexterity advantage Daigian enjoys.
