I agree that RJ probably had some thoughts on things that he didn't put on the notes.

For instance, it seems clear he never much used strength levels when he was doing battles and stuff. He had left himself enough leeway there that anything could be justified.

But the absence of anything about dexterity being on a scale, and statements from him that indicate otherwise are enough for me.
