See, I think that's exactly the kind of thing I think RJ liked to do as it gave him maximum freedom to write what a scene needed without actually breaking any of the "rules". I always thought he kept things deliberately vague so he didn't have to go back and undo anything later.

Skill, knowledge and strength in the flows gave him plenty of flexibility. If he had some idea of varying dexterity giving different women different boosts, he would have mentioned it somewhere in his notes. And he wouldn't have made statements that flat out contradicted it.

But just as clearly didn't think of it so formally as to give it some kind of scale.
