Shenla of the Ayyad is the only Sharan I found.

Did we ever see her channel?

Actually, now that you mention it, she's never explicitly stated as an being an Ayyad herself, just that she was "powerful" and she is only seen in scenes with Ayyad so I made the assumption that she was one herself. This seems likely given how Sharan society is structured, but you are correct that there is nothing to prove that she isn't simply a woman of power from Shara!
