Yes, but they're also the second largest Ajah. Understandably, we don't see too many Reds. But the Greens are pretty much at the heart of what the series is about.
so it may just be these women were more interested in military pursuit and using the power to fight Tollocs along the blight, not something that really requires massive strength when they are fighting with an army. And perhaps they also travel in groups and just link when necessary. Note that the stronger Greens hung out around the Tower quite a bit

It is very possible that the Greens have a wide spread, I don't disagree there. Weak women are as likely to want to fight the Shadow as strong ones.
