No one needed to find Millisair before she died. All that was required is that she die. When that happened, people would have investigated. Delving her would have found poison (we saw Nynaeve and the AS do that with Vandene when she died. It requires no special skill). The moment poison is suspected, they'll look at the cook, and the compulsion would be revealed.
I don't think you can Delve the dead person for poison. With Vandene, it was totally different. Nynaeve licked the tea on the table and spit it to the floor. There wasn't Delving to determine poison in that scene.
Indeed. That is what I'm saying. If she's alive, we need to come up with a logical reason for why she laid a trap. If she's dead, we need to condemn the chain of events that led to her exposure as one of the most atrocious in the whole series. In fact, I've never seen so many holes in any of the other plot lines in the series.
Again, if you want to see holes in the plot - feel free. I don't see it. I see very probable chain of events, with the twist of ta'veren, that lead to discover of Graendal's lair.
Graendal's death would imply a major logical flaw in the story.
