Egwene got her ass whooped from a forsaken, with two allies present. Nynaeve however defeated a forsaken one on one. Nynaeve has a stubbornness that pushes her to win, in combat and in healing. However she seems to be a push over unless forced to the extreme.


Not Moghedien. Nynaeve's skills are elsewhere IMO


Exactly my point. Egwene couldn't even get into the fight. She was defeated before she began. Nynaeve had a block and was backed up by the DR which took almost all her concentration and Avi as well. I bet that Nynaeve would have unblocked her shield, that was most certainly tied and unleashed hell on Lanfear. Egwene is simply a bully that used the tricks from the wise ones and the captured Mog to appear stronger than she is. She has never defeated any difficult opponent. Egwene is confident and ambitious, and misleadingly appears to be 'great'.


there was no chance to unweave an non-existing shield! Nynaeve wouldn't have done any better since she would have been writhing around in pain too.

I don't really care what your opinion of Egwene's personality is ... I see her differently and won't get into that argument!
