Israel has about 200 warplanes with the range and weapons capable of attacking Iran's nuclear sites. Given that they would also have to suppress Iran's AA systems, take out its own aircraft and also take out any ballistic missile sites to prevent a retaliatory attack on Israel (Iran has hundreds of long and medium-range ballistic missiles it can rain down on Israel with impunity), Israel comes up woefully short of being able to deliver the scale needed for such an attack.

A comprehensive air attack designed to destroy or significantly retard Iran's nuclear ambitions could only be carried out by the USAF and its allies who have the stealth aircraft, the numbers needed and the bunker-busting weapons that can penetrate the Iranian underground storage facilities. And the US is a long way from that point so far.
