I'm sure one African American is interchangeable with another in your head, Cannoli, because you are, after all, not racist. But Emmett Till was a 14 year old boy who was lynched on the thin pretense of having spoken vulgarly to a white woman and touching her hand, which last she confessed was entirely fabricated, in a fit of conscious well after it could have any legal impact.
So far as I know, a physical sexual advance, even if it hadn't been entirely fictitious, doesn't count as attempted mugging based on any past or present law. And if Carolyn Bryant was an undercover cop, can you please share the top secret documents that no one else has showing this to be true?
Also, you may not know, but Emmett Till was kidnapped, beaten, shot, then dumped in a river. Do you know of a crime for which that is acceptable punishment?
