Was there a constututional amendment that "really bad dudes" (oh, and overwhelmingly, only the black ones) don't get civil rights protections?
Is there some legal theory out there that cops shooting criminals before they're tried is a good thing, for criminal justice?
It would be one thing if all this was happening against the background of increased crime and increasing numbers of cops being shot in the line of duty, but it isn't. Exactly the opposite trend prevails.
