What does everyone think of the whole Kavanaugh business? It looks like there might be at least 4 potential victims, at this point. At least one accusation is being looked into by investigators in Mongomery County, Maryland. The New Yorker piece last night has two men recounting hearing of the account contemporaneously, AND reports that GOP Judiciary Committe staffers knew of the accusations last week, when they were in an indecent hurry to have Dr. Blasey testify on Monday.

Its about time for an FBI investigation, no? Yet, while the two publicly known accusers are calling for it, the GOP and Kavanaugh claim there's no need for one. If all this is a vast conspiracy, there's no easier way to show it than have the FBI investigate. And yet, the GOP has refused to do so. What other conclusion exists than their fear that nothing the FBI finds will be good for their nominee?
