A man who, I should note, has gone into hiding, has flipped his story once already, and whose ex-girlfriend says was involved in at least one incidence of having sex with an inebriated woman when he was in school.
So, what you're saying is, it's ok to ignore a shifting story if it's something I like, but if there's a shifting story that directly refutes the one I believe in, that person should be written off entirely.
You know, the reason I want to believe Dr. Blasey, is that I generally try to believe the best in people. And, I genuinely hope that no person would be so low as to make an accusation of sexual assault for purely political reasons. That act denigrates them self, harms women who have actually been sexually assaulted, and lessens the believability of anyone else making such an accusation.
I still don't want to believe this of Dr. Blasey, because seriously, come on, but after reading some of your utterly ludicrous responses to others, especially towards Jeordam, I have no doubt that you are just the kind of person who would do just that.
Honestly, if it weren't so disgusting, it would be fucking hilarious.
